Cocoa moo is, indeed, chocolate milk. Its a reference to Kim Possible, one of the greatest animated shows of all time (in America, at least). Also one of the great American adventure heroines.

As for how they got there, I'll give you this. How Chrys took Theresa isn't how anyone else does it. Well, almost anyone else.

Kim Possible is okay, it got its moments, but it never achives TMNT greatness.

I like the "old enought to be retired" villian of Kim possible though, dont remember his name, but he is making sure to do things like a REAL villian, like getting a giant lazer and locking Kim in deadly almost inescapeable death traps Smile
